Bio

Jasmine started her career in biomedical engineering and then got her MBA from Vanderbilt University. After years of enhancing her problem solving skills to solve complex issues, she entered the real estate industry. Jasmine primarily works with investors that want to start a portfolio either with multi-family units or land lots. When researching an investment property, Jasmine looks at it from multiple lenses -- she oscillates between wearing her “engineering hat” to see what needs to be built, her “business hat” to see what the numbers are saying, and finally her “big picture hat” to see how can we bring everything together. 

 

Beyond working with investors, she also enjoys working with clients that are beginning their homeownership journey. In most cases, a home is the largest purchase someone may make and at Unique by Design Realty we work with our clients to find creative solutions that fits their needs and makes a positive impact in their lives.

 

When Jasmine is not building real estate portfolios, she enjoys having dinners with her family -- they have a tradition of meeting up every Sunday. She loves playing classical music – Jasmine has been studying the piano for about 22 years. And finally she enjoys building furniture – she recently completed building a bunk bed and an outdoor patio set.

With this program, you have the ability to pick your home and buy it later. This is a great opportunity for future homebuyers with the ability to buy the home within 5 years. With this program, you can buy a home and sell it when you are ready to move. This is a great option for people who want to buy a home but do not have the credit or money for a down payment.

How does it work?

Once an applicant is approved for the program within one day, I will assist you with shopping for a home listed for sale based on budget, home area, wishlist, and more, just like the traditional way when a mortgage prequalified. Yes, you can turn a negative into a positive instantly.

After you find the home within your budget and you fall in love, we can then make an offer to purchase the home. All without financing!

Here are the minimum qualifications.

​

  • Must make at least $40,000 a year of household income.

  • Minimum of 620 Transunion Fico Score.

  • No Evictions in the last 5 years.

  • No Felony records in the last seven years.
